In order to make sure that we maximize the opportunities to show your property, provide you with access to online showing activity and ease the stressful experience of selling your home, your REALTOR® uses MA-PASS for scheduling broker-assisted showings.

HOURS

MA-PASS is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 8pm, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 8:30am to 6pm.

After hours, MA-PASS provides a link for members through the local MLS for 24hr appointment setting

PROCESS

MA-PASS follows a strict scheduling process. When a showing appointment is requested by another agent, the homeowner always receives a call from MA-PASS confirming the availability. If the homeowner chooses, they can also receive an email notification.

Login anytime, anywhere to get an update on your property schedule, block times when your property is not available for showing, and review feedback about your property.

ACCURACY

MA-PASS strives for excellence. The process we use and the level of communication with our customers - both homeowners and real estate professionals - improves our level of service.

AUTOMATED FEEDBACK

MA-PASS automates the feedback process so that you can read feedback from other agents that have shown your property. This helps you, the homeowner, work with your listing agent to better market your property.

SECURITY

MA-PASS verifies that the agent requesting to show your property is a licensed agent and is associated with the office that they claim to be. Your listing agent is alerted to any suspicious activity.

PROCESS

When a request for an appointment is set through MA-PASS, one of our representatives will contact the homeowner and inform them of the name of the agent that requested the showing, the office they represent, and the date and time of the requested showing.

If the homeowner can not confirm the listing's availability, MA-PASS cancels the request and contacts the agent and attempts to reschedule the appointment.

If we are not able to contact the homeowner directly, a message is left along with a callback number so that homeowner has the ability to cancel the appointment for any reason.
