We will complete the appointment based on your instructions.  Our representatives verify the agent calling against various databases to ensure that the agent is licensed in good standing and associated with a brokerage.

Enter your marketing plan for each listing in MAPASS and display it for the homeowner in their own personal area of the site.  Whether you've held an open house, run a newspaper ad, or mailed a flyer, provide your seller with a record of your efforts!  Make sure that the seller is informed of every action that you are taking to help them sell their home.

PROPERTY ACTIVITY TRACKING

Track all calls, appointments, and inquiries on your listings at anytime from anywhere through your listing calendar and various reports and even give your homeowners access to the same information online.  Showing instruction can be edited at any time through your online control panel 24 hours a day or by calling the MAPASS call center during business hours.

PROPERTY REPORTS

Over 50% of the information that you would provide your seller is found on MAPASS.  The showing appointments, cancellations, inquiries, feedback, feedback summary, and marketing.  Add a CMA and your marketing report is done. Send it to your seller via email, or just display the information.  The feedback summary is instrumental in providing your seller with a cumulative opinion of the marketplace.

AUTOMATED FEEDBACK

Generate and send an automated request for feedback to the showing agent using personalized and customizable feedback templates.  Up to 3 email reminders and 1 voice request are automatically sent  to the showing agent after a scheduled appointment.

2 days back and one week forward - an at-a-glance calendar for all your office listing appointments.  Dig deeper to get more details including showing agent contact info, feedback, and more.  Color-coded so you can easily see which appointments are confirmed, canceled, or still needs attention.

InfoPac

Provide MAPASS with your construction package, seller disclosures, lead paint certificate, or other documentation and MAPASS will send those documents to every agent that schedules an appointment to show your listing.  Save yourself the hassle of sending faxes and emails to every agent that wants more information.  MAPASS will make sure that the showing agent has all the information they need at their fingertips prior to showing the property.
