Standard "All Listings" Package (includes PASSroute)

Each listing (single, condo, multi, mobile) that you enter into a participating MLS will automatically be imported into and handled by MAPASS at a one-time cost of $30 per listing for the life of the listing.

• $120 per agent annual subscription fee
• $30 per listing (All single/condo/multi listings must be handled through MAPASS)

(Listings of other classes may be manually imported at the same rate.)

Self-Serve/Pick-and-Choose Package (includes PASSroute)

Use the power of the MAPASS callcenter software to manage showing requests for your listings yourself, online!

Make your listings easy for other agents to show by placing a link to our online appointment request system in your MLS listing instructions!

• $10 per agent monthly fee
• To optionally have the MAPASS callcenter handle individual listings, pay a one-time, life-of-the-listing fee of $42
