MAKE APPOINTMENTFrom your MAPASS tools, you can query the system on any MAPASS listed property to find how much notice is required, if there is a lockbox and when the property is not available to be shown. From there you can request an appointment. |
PROPERTY ACTIVITY TRACKINGTrack all your appointments on MAPASS for your showings at anytime from anywhere. You can also cancel appointments on line through your calendar. Once your appointment is active, all the instructions to show are online in your calendar as well |
REMINDERSMAPASS tracks your showings and contacts you if the status of a property changes to let you know. If a property becomes under agreement between the time you made your appointment and when you want to show it, MAPASS will give you a call. |
AUTOMATED FEEDBACKGenerate and send feedback to the listing agents using your MAPASS Account. You can use our feedback system to leave feedback online for any property that you have shown, regardless of whether it is an MAPASS property or not. |
