Since we joined MAPASS 3 years ago, we saw an immediate increase in the productivity of our office staff and agents. I decided my company should join MAPASS over two years ago, because I saw the benefit of a professional call center to schedule our appointments. Our company enrolled all of our listings into MAPASS in June 2005 and we wonder why we didn't do it sooner! The results have been remarkable. Our sellers love the efficiency, flexibility & feedback reports on the showings. We've had no complaints from sellers or our agents; they would not want to do without the system now that they've experienced it. It frees up the floor - time agent to answer calls from buyers without interruptions. As a Broker Owner I like the security & confidentiality of showings in light of our new Agency Regulations, especially for those who practice Designated Agency. The listing agent's showings are available to the listing agent only and the complete log of showings on each listing is available to the Manager or Broker/Owner but not to the whole office as in a general log book that the whole office could see. MAPASS has been a tremendous asset to our business and it has been a pleasure working with them!
